Our recycling process

From worn tire to finished product in five stages.

  1. Step 01

    Collection

    Tires are collected from fleets, garages, retreaders and municipal drop-off points across our network.

  2. Step 02

    Shredding & de-wiring

    Tires are mechanically shredded and steel belting is fully extracted and separated for its own recycling stream.

  3. Step 03

    Crumb refining

    Shredded rubber is refined into uniform-grade crumb and granulate, graded by particle size for each product line.

  4. Step 04

    Binding & pressing

    Crumb is blended with binding agents and pressed under heat into moulds: bricks, tiles, mats and surfacing.

  5. Step 05

    Quality check & dispatch

    Every batch is tested against spec before palletising and dispatch to site, retailer or distributor.
